Yoga for Kids, 4:30-5:30 pm

These playful classes provide a fun, inclusive environment for kids to develop their flexibility and strengthen their growing bodies while building self-awareness, self-confidence, and self-control. Yoga for Kids is a 6-week program. Weekly 1-hour classes are filled with creative practice that is suitable for all levels of fitness. Geared to kids aged 8 -12. Enrollment is limited and pre-registration is required.

Yoga for Teens, 5:45-6:45 pm

Iyengar Yoga is a fun way for teens to be physically active and build confidence. It can also help considerably when they feel overwhelmed with schoolwork, an inability to focus,  or stressed in general. Yoga for Teens is a 6-week program. Weekly 1-hour classes are filled with dynamic practice that is suitable for all levels of fitness. Geared to teens aged 13-17. Enrollment is limited and pre-registration is required.
