WORKSHOPS & SERIES

 

HEALTHY BACKS

The Symmetry & Asymmetry classes are special 1.5-hour sessions exploring spinal alignment in yoga. All levels welcome but if you haven’t previously studied with Stephanie, please get in touch.


EXPERIENCE & EXPLORE

The Experience & Explore series is an opportunity to delve into the specifics of various postures. Whether you are journeying towards or you are ready to explore the final presentation of the featured pose, this series will afford you the opportunity to hone in on specific aspects of your pratice. All levels welcome. Sign up for each 2-hour session or pre-register for all 3 and save.


MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Patanjali teaches that yoga can play a role in helping us to avoid the pains of the future so the Make it Happen! series is all about preventative care. These sessions provide an opportunity to delve into practice through the lens of a particular body part. All levels welcome. Sign up for each 2-hour workshop or pre-register for all 3 and save.


WORKSHOPS

 

Register early to reserve your spot. Space is limited.

Registration in a workshop or series with a Studio Po teacher may be cancelled and refunded up to 48 hours in advance, minus a 20% administration fee. The administration fee will be waived if the purchaser opts for a Studio Po credit in lieu of a refund. Refunds are not permitted if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of when the workshop or series is set to start.

Registration in a workshop or series with a visiting teacher may be cancelled and refunded up to 2 weeks in advance, minus a 20% administration fee. The administration fee will be waived if the purchaser opts for a Studio Po credit in lieu of a refund. Refunds are not permitted if cancellation occurs later than 2 weeks before the workshop or series is set to start.
