Most students at Po choose a membership to support steady, ongoing progress.

As a member, you’ll:

  • Attend unlimited in-person classes

  • Access a curated library of home practice videos

  • Receive discounts on in-person workshops and retail purchases

  • Bring a friend with monthly guest passes

  • Pause your membership if needed (terms apply)

A three-month minimum commitment helps establish consistency while allowing your practice to evolve over time.

Need more flexibility?
Single-class drop-ins and 5-class passes are also available.

Beginner

Develop strong foundational poses and learn to use props effectively.

Level 1

Refine alignment and expand your repertoire of asanas.

Level 2

Explore more complex asanas and learn when to apply personal customizations.
