New to Po? Two weeks of unlimited classes for $49 +HST
The New Student Special gives you two weeks of unlimited in-studio classes, starting from your first visit.
It's an opportunity to get to know the studio, meet the teachers, and find the classes that feel right for you before choosing a membership.
Find your class
We offer 3 tiers of general classes.
The levels describe different conditions for learning, not a ladder you need to climb. Choose a class where you can work thoughtfully and take in what you're learning.
Level I
Establish & refine the foundations
Develop good yoga habits through clear instruction in essential poses. You'll work with alignment, learn how to use props, and build a more familiar relationship with the asanas.
A good starting point if you're newer to yoga, returning after a break, or want time to work carefully on the basics.
Level II
Extend your understanding
For students with some yoga experience who are ready to explore a broader range of poses and more detailed instruction. Experiment with variations, develop your judgement about modifications, and investigate how familiar actions carry into less familiar asanas.
Pranayama is introduced.
Level III
Study in greater depth
For experienced practitioners with an established understanding of foundational asanas, inversions, and their own modifications. Work with more demanding variations, subtle refinements, and advanced sequencing.
Pranayama and yoga philosophy are regularly woven into the teaching.

How classes develop
A different focus each week:
standing poses
forward bends
backbends
restorative poses
Our general classes follow a weekly rhythm that cycles through standing poses, forward bending, backbending, and restorative poses. Each month you’ll revisit these families of poses from different angles, incorporating new insights and consolidating familiar ones.
Each class is unique
The Iyengar Yoga method is endlessly creative. Our teachers skillfully sequence their classes to articulate a specific point of view. The teaching is progressive, adaptive, and responsive to personal circumstances.
