Whether you are a new to yoga, returning to the mat after a long time away, recovering from an injury, or a seasoned practitioner, we are here to support your yoga practice!
Beginner
Iyengar 101 is an ongoing 3-week series designed to introduce students to the practice, props, and magic of Po! If you’ve never done Iyengar Yoga, this class is for you!
Level 1
Essential classes refine the fundamentals so that students develop an arsenal of good yoga habits. Learn how this adaptive practice can meet you where you are while also challenging you in creative ways.
Level 2
Exploratory classes embody an inquisitive and playful approach to Iyengar Yoga. These classes are not geared for beginners.
Level 3
Immersive classes are designed for experienced practitioners with a thorough understanding of basic asanas, maturity of practice, and a keen interest in additional nuance, depth, and physical challenge.
Thematic
Back Care Basics classes are short, accessible and practical. They are designed as ongoing maintenance for students who experience ‘on again, off again’ back pain. Not for acute cases.
Therapeutic
Modified Practice classes employ a unique format allowing students to benefit from a specialized practice targeting their area of concern. Students work 1:1 or in small groups. By application only.
Mentorship
Mentorship for teachers is not simply a program to ‘sign up for’. It’s a shared journey between apprentice and mentor, involving a process of observation, refinement, study, and support.
